From state-level Women's Artistic Gymnastics to National-level Cheerleading (AASCF) during my Bachelor's degree at UNSW, my journey has been anything but ordinary. 

Alongside, I founded Beach Peach AU, an activewear line promoting empowerment and positivity in fitness.

Now based on the Gold Coast, I'm a full-time Personal Trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and CrossFit athlete, sharing my passion with clients daily. 

My aim? To extend my expertise to you, empowering your fitness journey with positivity and dedication.
